3. i 4. dan
jučer sam pojela 1 yogurt activia
danas bi trebala još izdržat,al nije mi baš psihički dobro pa mislim da ču pojest 5-6 njoka...inače, pala sam na 46 kg :D:D yupiii...
sutra (popodne,da bude točno 5 dana posta) planiram pojest malo riže s tunom i blitvom (minimalne količine), a od četvrtka ću 5 dana probat jest samo ujutro ( jabuka, banana i sl.) tek nakon tog drugog ciklusa, počinjem voće ujutro/pola tanjura ručka oko 3 pri čemu postepeno smanjujem količinu obroka a povećavam njihov broj,i naravno-ništa poslije 16h...

jutros mi je bilo slabo pa sam pojela 2 napolitanke
kasnije sam morala pojest neš za energiju- 4kocke čokolade
i naravno,1 yogurt activia

danas:
-čaša soya mlijeka
-1 yogurt activia
-------------po slobodnoj procjeni cca 70kcal
-tako moram 5 dana,postit, i onda počinjem tjedan dana samo doručak, pa ubuduće 2 mala obroka ujutro i još 2 mala obroka, s tim da nakon 16 h ne jedem & izbacujem majonezu i maslac, te smanjujem s krumpirom i tjesteninom

pojela sam tanjur i po pašte i pola čokolade od riže al sam navečer se napila i rigala 3 puta pa...mhm
